Bridget Davidson, Senior Associate
Bridget advises on all components of nutrition standards. She uses an evidence based and best practice approach to determine project outcomes. She has consulted with many governments, hospitals and long term care facilities; some highlights include developing standards and guidelines for foods served in government funded facilities in Nunavut, and establishing nutrition standards and audit criteria for all healthcare menus for the province of B.C. Bridget served on the Dietitians of Canada Board of Directors from 2002 - 2005, one year as the Chair of the Board.

Donna Gates, BASc, RD, DCA, Senior Associate
Donna is a food and nutrition specialist with over 35 years of experience in healthcare facilities and the food industry. Donna has provided management expertise on a wide range of projects including cook chill and start-up operations, quality assurance, customer service, long term care compliance and accreditation preparation, attendance management, health and safety, food waste management, and most recently on environmental friendly foodservice practices. She is presently a member of the Central LHINs Health Professional Advisory Committee.

Joan Aird, RD, Senior Associate
Joan is a leader with extensive experience in operational management of a healthcare food service department. Joan brings vision, demonstrated tactical and project management skills, experience and expertise in change management, an ability to communicate effectively, a clear client centred perspective, innovation and a team approach to decision making as a result of experience in both hospital and community sectors of health care. Joan is an active member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario and a lifetime member of Dietitians of Canada.

Fran Haley, PDt, MHSA, CHE, Senior Associate (Bilingual)
Fran is a bilingual associate currently residing in Nova Scotia. Her work experience focused on Health Service Administration as a consultant with the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care in the area of hospital restructuring. Prior to this, Fran’s industry experience included stints as Director of Nutrition Services and a consultant in Food Service Management with a number of diverse organizations most notably University Health Network (Toronto General, Western and Princess Margaret Hospital sites), Victoria General Hospital, Halifax, NS, Royal Ottawa Hospital, Ottawa, ON and ARAMARK Canada. Fran currently teaches at St. Francis Xavier University in the area of Food Service Systems and Management.
