    Whether you are a school, hospital or restaurant there is a growing expectation and more than ever a regulatory requirement to provide healthy foods to your customers or to at least alert them to the nutritional value of the foods you are serving. We use fully accredited Computrition software that accesses the government maintained Canadian Nutrient file for all our nutrient analysis. All of our analysis work is done by Registered Dietitians with the food and culinary experience to correctly interpret recipes for the most accurate results. In addition, we are able to work with you to refine and develop recipes and menus, including more gluten free, trans fat free and lower sodium great tasting foods, to best meet your customer's preferences.

    We have expert level competency in assessing compliance with LTC requirements and can provide guidance to bring your organization into compliance affordably.

    We know how to help your school become compliant with the new School Nutrition Policy (PPM 150) in Ontario and the School Foodservices Guidelines in BC.

Food Systems associates frequently fill these roles on an interim basis, plus we have a large network of professional colleagues interested in these assignments which we will supervise to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved.
